ARGH!
I ordered some furniture from JC Penney. It was delivered today. 2 of the 3 pieces are going back!
The storage ottoman was not the color nor the fabric I ordered. The chair was damaged in delivery. I swear the guy bounced it out of the back of the truck. He broke the wooden frame.
Customer Service had no problem with the returns. They ordered the replacements and I borrowed my dad's truck to take the ottoman to the store for credit. It will be 2 weeks + before the replacements arrive; they'll swap out the chair then. I need to unwrap and carefully examine the sofa to make sure it is okay.
